Telkom serves a large range of business and residential customers, and have all the key components of true convergence, enabling an integrated voice, data, fixed, mobile, IT and data centre solutions. Telkom’s brand and communication CI was outlined in a 12 Volume and 1650 page manual. Store and digital signage, primary brand signs and way-finding were all developed within the Telkom brand revitalisation project.
